ORDER

The challenge in the writ petition is to the show cause notice issued by the respondent dated 02.09.2025. It is a settled position of law that a show cause notice can be challenged only on the ground of lack of jurisdiction and malafide. Malafide has not been alleged as against the respondent. It is not in dispute that the respondent possesses the jurisdiction to issue the show cause notice. As the writ petition does not satisfy either condition, I am not inclined to entertain the same. The learned Additional Advocate General assures before this Court that in case the petitioner seeks for documents, the same will be furnished to the petitioner. The said statement is recorded.
