This application has been filed to permit the applicant to amend the plaint schedule property by removing the details in the plaint schedule of the property which has been already mentioned therein and adding the schedule as mentioned hereunder in the plaint suit schedule property in plaint.

3. Perusal of records would reveal that the respondent has not filed counter in this application.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed.

5. Post the main suit on 12.02.2024.
