ORDER

The direction of this court is to include the name of the petitioner in the panel as on 20.03.2023 for the post of Assistant (Admn).

2. Mr.K.Rajkumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent has forwarded a copy of the selection list for promotion to the post of Assistant (ADM) for the crucial date viz., 20.03.2023, wherein, the petitioner is found to have been included at serial No.47(a).

3. The direction of this court is also to grant monetary benefits. The learned Standing Counsel would state that a writ appeal has been filed in W.A.No.3831 of 2025.

4. However, a direction is issued to pay the monetary benefits which would be subject to the outcome of the orders that would be passed in the above writ appeal. Such an exercise of paying the monetary benefits shall be done within a period of four weeks from this date.
