This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to investigate the case in Crime No.566 of 2019, by filing final report before the appropriate Court in accordance with law within a time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though 2nd respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 09.11.2019, no final report is filed till date.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.In view of the above, the 2nd respondent police is directed to file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
