When the matter was taken up for hearing today, it was brought to the notice of this Court that the 5th respondent in the Writ Petition has filed an Appeal in W.A.No.167 of 2026, and the same has been entertained by the Division Bench and the stay has also been granted on 27.01.2026.

2. In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed. Subject to the final result in the Writ Appeal, it is left open to the parties to workout their remedies in the manner known to law.
