This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is the contention of the petitioner that based on the complaint made by some private parties, the respondent police summoned the petitioner and harassed him under the guise of enquiry. The petitioner has not impleaded those private parties as respondents in this case. The petitioner is trying to get the order of the Court behind the opposite parties. Further, the dispute between the parties is civil in nature.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy before the competent forum in the manner known to law. 25.11.2024 mfa Index:Yes/No Speaking Order: Yes/No To
