When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the order passed in WP.No.28346 of 2024 dated 30.09.2024 was placed before this Court. In the light of this order, no further orders can be passed in this sub application. The

grievance of the petitioner seems to be that the enquiry report was not furnished to the petitioner. If the petitioner has not been furnished with any report and if any orders have been passed, it is always left open to the petitioner to independently seek for the said document and challenge the concerned order in the manner known to law. No directions can be issued in this regard in a sub application. Except for giving this clarification, no further orders can be passed in the sub application.
