PRAYER: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.08.2025 and amend the order of allotment dated 03.02.2014 as well as the lease deed dated 15.09.2014 by changing the name of M/s.Sri Srinivasa Engineering Works as M/s.Sri Srinivasa Engineering and issue the amended allotted order and the amended lease deed in the name of M/s.Sri Srinivasa Engineering to the petitioner by considering the representation dated 28.08.2025 within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

In terms of the order dated 16.10.2025, the respondents have passed the order dated 27.11.2025. Clause-3 of the order is extracted hereunder: "3.You should pay the interest @ 12% per annum 2/5

from 20.01.2020 within two weeks from the date of receipt of the letter."

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the order calls upon him to pay interest within two weeks from the date of receipt of the letter. I have made it clear in an order dated 16.10.2025 that the petitioner will pay interest within two weeks from the date of receipt of NOC and the mutated records.

3. Mr.Abishek Murthy states that the order dated 27.11.2025 insofar as clause 3 is concerned will be read in terms of clause 3 of the order dated 16.10.2025.

4. No further orders are necessary in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
