This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Para 6(b) on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27453 of 2024 by order dated 30.10.2024 passed by this Court to report before the concerned NDPS Court at Chennai on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 17 days and investigation is pending in this matter. He would further submit that there are three previous cases pending as against the petitioner.

3.The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27453 of 2024 on 30.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
