The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.594 of 2023 registered by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) and 20(b)(ii)(B) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

2. The learned Government Advocate stated that the petitioner was in possession of 1.100 kgs of banned tobacco products. He further stated that A1 is still in custody.

4. In view of that particular fact, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This Criminal Original petition stand dismissed.
