Crl.M.P.No.16527 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.27235 of 2024 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition in Para 7(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27235 of 2024 by order dated 29.10.2024 passed by this Court to report before the concerned NDPS Court at Chennai on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 16 days and investigation is pending in this matter. He would further submit that there are three previous cases pending as against the petitioner.

3.The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27235 of 2024 on 29.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
