Village, Kandamangalam Panchayat Union, Nellikuppam Sub Registration District and Cuddalore Registration District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 06.05.2025.

As the petitioner's representation dated 06.05.2025 for change of patta in respect of lands in Survey Nos.234/3 and 234/5 situated at Krishnapuram Village, Kandamangalam Panchayat Union, Nellikuppam Sub Registration District and Cuddalore Registration District has not been considered, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsels on either side.

Considering the limited request made by the petitioner, this Writ Petition is allowed and a Mandamus is issued to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 06.05.2024, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to cost. 2/4
