Writ Petition No. 26005 of 2003 Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to forbear the respondents 1 and 2 or their officers from summoning the petitioner or any Director of the petitioner company under the provisions of the Central Excise Act consequent to the search and seizure proceeding dated 04.09.2002.

Writ Petition No. 26006 of 2003 Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, the forbearing the respondents from forcing the petitioners to pay any amounts pursuant to the search & seizure proceedings dated 04.09.2003 without issue of a show cause notice.
