This petition has been filed to relax the condition stated in Para No.6 (c) of reporting passed in Crl.O.P.No.23638 of 2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, once in a week i.e., every Saturday at 10.00 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required.
