This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in the order dated 04.10.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.22205 of 2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, once in a week for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required.
