ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.06.2025. 2.The case of the petitioner is that when he was working as Assistant in the Sub-Registrar's Office at Manemelkudi, he was dismissed from service on 22.06.2022 under Rule 17 (b) of the Tamil Nadu Civil Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules. Final Settlement of CPS account was issued to the petitioner in Ref.No.3103884/CPS/2025 on 30.05.2025. With regard to Earned leave (E.L.) of 234 days, no amount has been given. In this regard, he sent a representation to the second respondent through post on 28.06.2025. Since the second respondent has not passed orders on the same, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate for the respondents would submit that the second respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.06.2025, if the petitioner is eligible to get the earned leave amount.

4.In view of the above submission, the second respondent is directed to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 28.06.2025 on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
