This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on alternative Saturday i.e., 1st and 3rd Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.12032 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.9573 of 2023 dated 10.08.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, once in a month till the filing of the charge sheet and thereafter as directed by the Trial Court.
