ORDER

This C.M.P.No.26537 of 2025 has been filed by the petitioner seeking permission to withdraw 50% of the maintenance arrears amount deposited by the

respondent before the learned Judicial Magistrate (Additional Mahila Court) in DVC No.8 of 2020.

The learned counsel for the respondent would brought to my notice that even by an order dated 21.04.2025 made in C.R.P.No.1110 of 2025 and C.M.P.No.6564 of 2025, this Court has already granted liberty to the present petitioner to withdraw the said amount.

In the light of the above, there can be no serious objection to the respondent for allowing the present petition which is only in furtherance of the liberty granted by this Court on 21.04.2025.

In the light of the above, this C.M.P.No.26537 of 2025 is ordered, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the 50% arrears amount deposited by the respondent before the Judicial Magistrate (Additional Mahila Court) in DVC.No.8 of 2020.
