This application has been filed by the applicants/plaintiffs to set aside the order dated 27.03.2023 passed by the learned Master in T.O.S No.80 of 2023, wherein the plaint was rejected for non payment of court fee and suit was dismissed for non prosecution.

3.The learned counsel for the applicants/plaintiffs submitted that he has paid the court fee and hence, he prays to allow this application.

4. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application and the submission made by the plaintiffs' counsel, this application is allowed and the suit is restored.
