This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 31.10.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.24367 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate, Pallipattu once in a week i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., till the date of committal apart from Court hearing dates and thereafter, during Court hearing dates.
