Challenging the maintenance order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Arakkonam., in MC.No.08/2023, dated 13.06.2025, the petitioner has preferred this revision.

2. The petitioner was directed to pay part of the arrears amount on the date of admission, but he failed to comply. Therefore, the learned counsel for the respondents appeared and submitted that the petitioner had failed to comply with the order. Hence, the revision is dismissed at the admission stage itself.

3. Liberty is granted to the respondent to execute the order of maintenance along with arrears, in the manner known to law. 4.In view of the above, this Criminal Revision is disposed of.
