The matter is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned". 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner stated that a mistake has crept into the 1st paragraph of the order passed by this Court on 20.02.2024. Accordingly, he prays for appropriate orders. 3.In view of the above statement so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the 1st paragraph of the order dated 20.02.2024 is to be read as follows:

"The Petitioner/A1 seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.488 of 2023 registered by the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Section 294(b), 323, 324, 365, 354 A and 506(2) of IP read with Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Charging Exorbitant Interest Act."

4.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections in the order dated 20.02.2024 and issue fresh order copy in consequent to the amendment. Two further weeks is granted in executing the sureties. 25.04.2024 gsa Note : Issue order copy on 25.04.2024.
