This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.632 of 2019.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that the first respondent has conducted the investigation in Crime No. 632 of 2019 and a report has been filed wherein the complaint was closed as 'Mistake of Fact' and the same was also served to the defacto complainant. The learned counsel for the second respondent has also confirmed the said fact. 3.In view of the same, the above prayer in the Criminal Original Petition has become infructous. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
