This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed vide order dated 24.08.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.19342 of 2023 which requires the petitioner to report before the respondent police once in a week on every Monday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, once in a month till the filing of the charge sheet and thereafter, on all Court hearing dates before the Trial Court.
