This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking permission to substitute service against the second respondent by way of publication in any one daily newspaper in Coimbatore Region.

2. Considering the reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, which are satisfactory, this petition is ordered. The petitioner is directed to effect paper publication in one issue of "Makkal Kural", a newspaper having wide circulation in the place of residence of the second Respondent, by mentioning the hearing date as 24.10.2025. The publication shall be effected on or before 06.10.2025.
