Based on the complaint given by one Sathiyavathi, alleging that the petitioner herein has received advance promising to sell her property, but has https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis Page No.1/2

not honoured the promise and also not returning the money received as advance, the petitioner been called for enquiry. Alleging that the respondent police interfering in the civil dispute, the present petition is filed by the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that based on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent, the petitioner was called for enquiry and after enquiry, the 3rd respondent has withdrawn her petition.

3. In light of the above facts, nothing survives in this petition, hence, this petition is dismissed.
