PRAYER The Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the 1 st and 2 nd respondents to produce the body and person of petitioner's minor daughter namely U.Nishaptha, aged about 17 years before this Court and handover to the petitioner herein.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.) The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed directing the 1 st and nd respondents to produce the body and person of petitioner's minor daughter namely U.Nishaptha, aged about 17 years before this Court and handover to the petitioner herein.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the detenue, aged about 17 years, is produced before this Court. We have interacted with the detenue, and she has stated that she was forcibly taken by the third respondent and that she is now willing to go with her father. Accordingly, the detenue is allowed to go with her father.
