2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that after filing of this revision, the petitioner has not given any instructions to proceed further and reports no instructions.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the case in STA.No.2753 of 2023 is listed today (16.12.2024) for judgement before the Metropolitan Magistrate Fast Track Court - IV, George Town, Chennai.
