This application is filed seeking permission to serve respondents 4 to 6 in CMP No.1401 of 2021 by way of substituted service through paper publication in any one of the Tamil Daily newspaper having circulation in and around Coimbatore District.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. For the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed.

The petitioner is permitted to serve respondents 4 to 6 in CMP No.1401/2021, through substituted service, by paper publication in the Tamil Daily, "Malai Malar", Coimbatore edition, about the hearing of the petition on 22.01.2024.
