ORDER
This petition is filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 28.02.2025 made in Crl.M.P.No.2558 of 2024 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Salem.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is still in Judicial Custody and the issue between the petitioner and the respondent has been settled and an undertaking affidavit along with undertaking deed also filed to that effect.
3.The respondent (Party-in-person) appeared before this Court and accepted that the matter has been settled between them. He also submitted that he has received the entire amount as per the compromise/undertaking affidavit. He also inclined to withdraw the case in C.C.No.484 of 2023 against the petitioner.

4. The Undertaking affidavit dated 02.09.2025 is recorded and the same shall form part of this order. In view of the above, this Criminal Revision Case is disposed of in terms of undertaking affidavit dated 02.09.2025. The conviction and sentence imposed on the petitioner vide judgment dated 20.05.2024 made in C.C.No.484 of 2023 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Mettur, is set aside and the revision petitioner is acquitted of the charges under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.
