This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the Inspector of Police, K6 T.P.Chatiram Police Station, Chennai, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, by this Court in Crl.OP.No.25117 of 2024 dated 09.10.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned II Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No. 25117 of 2024 dated 09.10.2024 in para No.6(b) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned II Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, on the third working day of January 2025 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned Magistrate.

4. With the above directions, this Petition is ordered.
