Crl.M.P.No.16790 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.20679 of 2024 SUNDER MOHAN, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court daily at 10.30 am until completion of the trial proceedings, failing which the bail granted to the petitioner shall automatically cancelled in Crl.O.P.No.20679 of 2024 dated 29.08.2024.

2. Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the Petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court and final report has been filed and taken cognizance by the NDPS Court, Chennai and the next hearing date is on 02.12.2024.

3. Therefore, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20679 of 2024 dated 29.08.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on 02.12.2024 and on all hearing dates.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
