[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to produce the petitioner's wife, namely, Saranya aged about 24 years and his son, namely, Atharva, aged about 2 years before this Court from the illegal custody of the third respondent and to set them at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the detenus have been secured on 17.11.2020. The complaint lodged by the petitioner was withdrawn on the same day.
