The present petition has been filed seeking to relax one of the condition that the petitioner has to report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m. Until further orders by this Court by order dated 30.10.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.27213 of 2024.

2. Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side).

3. In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner/s shall report before the respondent police on first and third Saturday of every month at 10:30 a.m.until further orders/

4. The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered accordingly.
