Prayer:- Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the records in connectioin with the order of Detention passed by the second respondent 08.08.2025 in C.O.C. No.23/2025 against the petitioner son, Mathavan, male aged 34 years son of Velayutham who is confined as Central Prison, Cuddalore and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenue before this Court and set him at Liberty.
