This Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal is filed to set aside the impugned judgment and decree passed in C.M.A. No.14 of 2017 dated 27.08.2019 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Villupuam, by confirming the fair and decreetal order passed in H.M.O.P. No.178 of 2009 dated 06.02.2017 on the file of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Villupuram.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, both the parties appeared beore this Court and submitted that pending this appeal, they have arrived to a settlement and also filed a Joint Memo of Compromise dated 07.09.2023 signed by both the parties and their respective counsel.

3. The Joint Memo of Compromise dated 07.09.2023 shall form part of this order.
