ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.05.2023.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner has given a representation dated 31.05.2023 to fix the guide line value of the petitioner's property. However, the said representation was not at all

considered by the respondent, as on date. Hence, this petition.

3. In reply, learned Government Advocate (P) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 31.05.2023 will be disposed of by the respondent within a period of 12 weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 31.05.2023, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
