ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition, i.e. to report before the Deputy Commissioner of Customs, Kakinada on the first working day of every Monday and Friday at 10.00 a.m. pending disposal of the appeal, 1/4

imposed by this Court vide order dated 10.06.2024 in Crl.MP No.14694 of 2023 in Crl.A No.1007 of 2023 on the file of this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has now got employment in Bhimavaram and hence the condition imposed by this Court to report before the Deputy Commissioner of Customs, Kakinada on the first working day of every Monday and Friday at 10.00 a.m. may be relaxed.

3. The learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

5. Considering the above said submission made by the learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation, 2/4

the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.14694 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.1007 of 2023 dated 10.06.2024, is modified as follows - (i) the petitioner shall to appear before the trial Court, once in three months, i.e first working day of January 2025, April 2025, July 2025 and October 2025 ;

(ii) the petitioner shall appear before the Deputy Commissioner of Customs, Bhimavaram at 10.30 a.m. on the first and third Monday of every month, until further orders. 09.12.2024 rgr TO
