ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking a direction to consider an application given by the petitioner for patta Transfer Vide Can No: 133350429975361 and Application No. 2024/0103/35/403078 and process the same without any delay.

2. A direction is issued to the second respondent to examine this particular application filed by the petitioner and issue notice to the petitioner and also to his sons, Loganathan and Babu and daughters Santhi and Saraswathi and examine the claim of the petitioner for transfer of patta with respect to the property measuring 1.67 acres in Old Survey No.347/11C at Kalivantha Pattu Village, Maraimalai Nagar,Chengalpattu Taluk and District. The entire exercise may be completed within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
