ORDER

(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.R.Malaichamy, petitioner-in-person and Mr.V.Chandrasekaran, learned Senior Panel Counsel for respondents 1 to 3.

2. The petitioner, appearing in person, submits that his grievance now does not subsist in view of the counter-affidavit filed by the respondents.

3. Learned Senior Panel Counsel appearing for respondents 1 to 3 submits that fresh applications are invited for filling up the posts of Judicial Members in the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT). The last date to submit the applications is 15.01.2024 and the said posts would be filled expeditiously.

4. The petitioner, appearing in person, submits that he does not want to prosecute the present writ petition.

5. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.34499 and 34500 of 2023 are closed.
