2. I have heard Mr.K.M.Vijayan, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, Mr.N.

Srinivasan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.S.

Thankasivan, learned counsel for respondents 4 to 9.

3. The prayer sought for is not opposed.

4. Hence, this petition is ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to make necessary corrections in the cause title.

5. Post the main writ petition on 21.1.2020.
