ORDER

When the case came up for hearing on 30.08.2023, there was no representation for the Revision Petitioner. The learned Counsel for the Respondents 2 to 7 was present in this Court. Therefore, this Court had sought remarks from the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur, regarding the stage of the Sessions Case No.22 of 2016. 2.Crl.R.C.No.1458 of 2019 was filed by the Defacto Complainant, that case seeking further investigation. The petition filed by the Defacto Complainant in Crl.M.P.No.222 of 2016 in S.C.No.22 of 2016 was dismissed on 11.11.2019 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur, against which Crl.R.C.No.1458 of 2019 was filed. Since there was no stay and there was no representation for the Revision Petitioner, this Court had sought remarks from the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur, regarding the stage of the case in S.C.No.22 of 2016. 3.As per the remarks offered by the learned Principal Sessions Judge,Thiruvallur, in Letter in D.No.6766/SC/2023 dated 13.09.2023, the case is pending part heard for examination of L.W.10- the Investigation 2/4

Officer. The learned Principal Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur, is directed to dispose of the case. Hence, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. 4.In the result, this Criminal Revision Case stands dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
