This application has been filed to implead the 2nd and 3rd respondents herein, namely G.Khaisar Abrar S/o. G.Rafeeq Ahmed and I.Sadhiya Banu W/o. G.Khaisar Abrar in the above Original Application in O.A.No.406 of 2024.

2. It is represented that the Mediation talks have failed.

3. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the application and I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein and the respondents also has no serious objection for the application petition allowed. This application is allowed. Amendments shall be carried out and the learned counsel for the applicant is directed to file an amended plaint copy within two weeks.
