ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to take further action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 02.12.2019 and to investigate into the manner known to law, by invoking the inherent jurisdiction under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code.

2. The learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is a prima facie case made out to register a case on the complaint dated 02.12.2019 by the petitioner. 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the first respondent is directed to conduct a detailed enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and if there is any prima facie materials made out to attract the offence as against the accused persons, the first respondent is directed to register an FIR and proceed with the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, the petitioner is also directed to produce all the relevant documents and attend the enquiry before the first respondent and also co-operate for the said enquiry.

4. With the above observations, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
