ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to return back the original sale deed, dated 01.03.1988 to the petitioners, based on the representation, dated 14.10.2024.
2. The petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that the document, which is a registered sale deed, dated 01.03.1988, be returned to the petitioners, even though the loan was discharged. The document was not returned by the second respondent-Bank to the petitioners, since there was dispute among the petitioners with regard to the claim of the petitioners. Hence, the petitioners have given a representation, dated 13.11.2024 to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider their grievance and to return the said original sale deed, dated 01.03.1988.
3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.
4. The respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the said representation
of the petitioners and decide the same based on the merits of the claim of the petitioners. Accordingly, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to dispose of the above said representation and hear both sides and pass appropriate orders, within a period of eight weeks with regard to the claim of the petitioners.
5. With the above observations/direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
6.
