ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.09.2023. 2.

Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.

The petitioner had joined as Clerk in the second respondent Society. Thereafter, he was promoted to the post of Secretary in the year 1996. However, on a charge, he was suspended from service on 24.10.1996. Subsequently, he was terminated from service on 01.09.1997. It was also confirmed in the revision. However, the petitioner is entitled for DCRG and leave salary. He attained age of superannuation on 30.06.2011. 4.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the request made by the petitioner by way of representation dated 30.09.2023 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
