2.Learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent raised serious objections questioning the explanation for the delay. However, this Court is unable to discard the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Considering the fact that the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered. 3.Registry is directed to number the Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order, and list the same for admission on 26.11.2024.
