Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to order of 3rd respondent dated 02.11.2022, made in O.M.C.2/2187/2022, quash the same and further direct the 3rd respondent to pass an order to cancellation of settlement deed dated 13.06.2018, vide document No.1965/2018, executed by the father of the petitioner in favour of the 5th respondent, registered on the file of 4th respondent.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has also made the following endorsement to that effect:
