This Petition has been filed to substitute the Petitioners 2 to 4 herein as Legal Heirs in the place of deceased Appellant and rank them as Appellants 2 to 4 in the above Writ Appeal.

2. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments. Post on 27.06.2023 'for orders'.
