(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Seeking a writ of mandamus forbearing respondents 1, 2 and 4 from establishing a liquor shop and bar in Semmanna Alli Road, Kambainallur, Karimangalam Taluk, Dharmapuri, by considering the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner's representation dated 09.10.2019, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent submitted that there is no proposal to shift the TASMAC shop to the place indicated by the petitioner in the writ petition.
